I know myself. There were times I wanted to cry, but I couldn't seem to access those emotions to do it.

Despite the occasional negative self-talk, I look at my bright, happy, funny, sweet little girl and realize I must be doing something right.

I want my child to get the help she needs as soon as possible. Asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of.
