I've had a difficult time defining my goals for this new year, especially since so many things can happen on this IVF journey.

Let's be kinder to our "hot mess" selves, knowing there's no such thing as perfection and there's always room for progress.

These days, I'm excited to open my mail and tackle it. I enjoy checking each item off my to-do list and feeling productive, not overwhelmed.
