We learned the happy news on December 6, 2022, yet our excitement was often overshadowed by anxiety.

[Our bodies] were totally ready to procreate while we were ready to party. Society keeps changing, yet our bodies remain the same.

I pray that this time is different. Our family seriously needs something to celebrate. I hope that out of loss there can be light.
